Pre-Designed Custom

The pre-designed custom process offers six flexible floor plans that give buyers the ability to skip steps that typically take up to six months with other builders.

Duke Homes now has a new process designed to streamline the custom home-buying process for people who want a custom home, but don’t want to experience the long wait typically associated with building a custom home.

The pre-designed custom home option allows buyers to skip six months or more of steps that typically come with building a custom home. This select gallery of pre-designed plans comes from award-winning architect Stephen Goldberg.

The Duke Homes pre-designed option offers six different floor plans which customers may customize, allowing construction to begin within 30 to 45 days. That’s about half the normal lead time. We’ve taken plans designed by a local architect and pre-priced them so that buyers, especially ones who have the means but not the time, can pick one of these floor plans and run with it.

“These pre-designed custom home plans allow for an expedited experience with up-to-date prepriced plans and options along with a simplified selection process. We want to make it as easy as possible for families who live today’s fast-paced lifestyle to actually participate in, and enjoy, the custom homebuilding process without having to wait a year or more to see results.” - Mike Duke, president of Duke Homes
